The battery can be charged via the USB C port , no external charger is required, and it can also deliver power via USB-C and be used like a power bank .

Charging time depends on the USB charger used, e.g. with TillyTec® PD 20 Watt, charging time approx. 90-120 minutes.

The new LiCoNi technology offers many advantages:
- improved safety through nickel in the cell,
- significantly less space required , with the same power
- better storage capacity

The protection circuit protects the battery from overcharging, deep discharge, short circuit, overheating and limits the current.
A protective circuit is mandatory.
Both Li-ion and Li-polymer batteries can explode due to their cobalt content. Conditions that can lead to an explosion include temperatures above approximately 70-80 degrees Celsius or water ingress into the dive light.

TIP: We recommend using only LiCoMn/LiCoNi batteries. Using batteries with other chemistry is at your own risk!
