TillyTec® Maxi uni dimming

• If this item is ordered in conjunction with a Maxi uni, this lamp will be dimmed.
• If you would like to upgrade your existing lamp, please also order this item and send us your lamp.

This mechanical dimming works without electronics .
With mechanical dimming, an additional component is subsequently mounted (soldered) on the LED circuit board.
Any LED module (new or old) can be retrofitted with this mechanical dimming.

Existing (old) LED modules must be sent to TillyTec®, where the retrofitting will then take place.
Direct purchase of the mechanical dimming is only possible TOGETHER with a NEW LED module or in the starter set .
The dimming results in 2 brightness levels - 100% and approx. 30%.
If the lamp is operated at the 30% brightness level, the burn time increases approximately threefold . As usual with TillyTec®, switching between the brightness levels is done by rotating the battery tube.

- Switch on the lamp by screwing the battery tube completely into the lamp head = 100% brightness
- Turn the battery tube out slightly (minimal turn) = 30% brightness
- Turn the battery tube further out = lamp switched off
- Screw the battery tube back in = 100% brightness
